Black teens have limitless potential
Their energy is boundless, their creativity limitless, and their capacity for innovation is inspiring. These young individuals are not just learners; they are the driving force for a brighter tomorrow. Their ideas hold the promise of new solutions, their perspectives open the door to fresh insights, and their dreams are blueprints for a future they will create.
We believe that Black teens have limitless potential, but unfortunately that potential is often stifled or left untapped.
When teenagers feel like they don’t belong, they stop showing up. Their attendance falls, grades slip, mental health deteriorates, and detention rates rise.
When Black, immigrant teenagers feel like they don’t belong, all of the same factors apply – only now, the odds of escaping a future of joblessness, depression, or even suicide are even higher than their more advantaged peers.

Our Vision
We are on a mission to develop marginalized teens into tomorrow's leaders through community-based, youth-led education with a focus on entrepreneurship and leadership development.

Teens develop new skills, build confidence as they help build the future of their city and community.
Community partnerships
Our volunteers help facilitate collaboration between public and private organizations; and to ultimately scale our impact nationwide.
Leadership opportunities
Our teens collaborate with a diverse group of trained volunteers who introduce them to new career paths and new ways of getting involved in their communities.
